On the train to the Alps, this sign was posted on the wall. Dave was so disappointed he wasn't allowed to practice his French horn on the train. I told him he should have brought his harmonica instead.

What happened to the "Bouchon Lyonnais"? The sushi craze is in full force in Lyon. Never seen so many Japanese restaurants outside of Tokyo.

This one is the real "Bouchon".

Of course I had to go to the musée de la marionnette and pay a little visit to Guignol and Monsieur Le Gendarme. Lyon is the birthplace of Guignol.

And for your interesting pattern of the day. You will se a lot of these as I am a little texture and pattern crazy. I am noticing a lot of oranges and reds everywhere, with a splash of lime green here and there.
